Training on operation standards and improving customer satisfaction index (CSI) for Peugeot dealerships nationwide

Peugeot Vietnam organised the "Peugeot Dealership Operation Standards and Customer Satisfaction Index on Service Quality" training program under the guidance of international experts from Stellantis Group (Peugeot Vietnam's parent company).

On March 21 and 23, 2023, Peugeot Vietnam gave the training program at THACO AUTO’s offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The activity aims to enhance the dealership operations, such as sales capacity, business efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction, as well as standardizing Peugeot Showroom management activities across the country in accordance with Stellantis Group standards.

In the program, the employees from nationwide 3S Peugeot dealerships were updated with the latest Stellantis' operation standards. The training was given by the leading Stellantis experts, Ms. Donaille Wong - Service Quality Manager in the Southeast Asia, Mr. Justin Scott – Business Manager in Vietnam market, and other experienced specialists.

Stellantis' dealer operation standards and procedures are covered in the training, which includes finding leads, customer welcome, product showcase, order receiving and processing, and after-sales customer service activities. In all, customers are at the heart of every activity. The most important responsibility of Peugeot dealers is to provide the best experience for each customer.

Not only does the training program help employees understand and follow standards, but it also helps them approach specific customer requirements through the Peugeot service quality SSI/CSI survey 2023. Accordingly, the service team will concentrate on boosting their existing strengths while also developing strategies to improve underperforming.

The training session concluded with the agreement of Peugeot dealerships on NPS (Net Promoter Score), including 98% for Sales and 92% for Service & Spare Parts. Furthermore, training and testing will be held regularly in different formats and topics to provide the highest quality customer service in accordance with THACO AUTO’s motto "DEDICATED SERVICE."
